God created man out of love and keeps him in his love, this is the attribute that God shared with man that he doesn’t share with any other creature.
Love is the fruit of the Spirit and lust is the work of the flesh, exhibited by the devil which was extended to man after the fall.
Lust is the counterfeit manifestation of love that’s manifest in every unbeliever.
It’s those who have not known God that mistake lust as love, it’s dangerous and the result is death if it’s not dealt with by repentance.
For someone to experience love and show it to others, he must have met with the love in person which is the Lord Jesus Christ.
Carnal men have misinterpreted lust to be love and miss the purpose of love for fellow believers and God.
God must be at the center of any relationship in life, if God is not in it, it’s wasted on the altar of unholy affairs.
You can’t love man the way approved by God if you’re yet to have a relationship with Jesus Christ; Jesus’ place and his sanctum in your heart must not be occupied by anything, Occupying the place will turn into a lustful relationship and make you choose a human being more than God.
If your heart isn’t beating for Jesus Christ alone and it’s beating for another thing, it becomes idolatry. It turns to spiritual adultery, ready to remove God from his throne and take his place of dominion.
Whatever is ruling your heart is in control of your life.
What most Christians exhibit towards their spouse is not love, the love you had that makes you misplace your priority in the union is not from God.
Most women listen to their husbands and neglect the commandments of God, some women stop worshipping God because their husbands said so.
While some men go against the word of God to please their beautiful wife at home, this is not a coincidence, it’s the trick of the devil to replace God in your life and occupy the sanctum with another image.
Love turns to lust when God isn’t our first priority, if God is the first, he will choose a man or woman after his heart as your partner that’ll give you peace all through.
It’s difficult to find a real love amidst the Christians not to talk of the world who don’t know what love is, that’s why we hide the truth to please men, we hide it to please the haters of God.
If we love God more than man we will do the will of God even if no one approves.
Some claim to love God more than wealth or fame but their actions speak differently.
That is why most pastors preach messages that’ll make people happy instead of changing them.
Love is without condition but there is a condition attached to lust, if this condition is not met it turns to sorrow and regret.
It’s not easy to find true love without any condition attached, loving someone against the will of God is lust, how will you say you love a married woman or man and say it’s love?
That is not love, it’s lust to ruin you and the fellows, it’s a step that leads to destruction, the end won’t give glory to God but sabotage the plan of God for the sinner’s lives.
Satan’s kingdom works with lust, they don’t know love, because God is love, even in their relationship with people around.
They operate with give and take, they give whoever will be able to give back, they give for popularity and fame, to gain public approval not out of love, but for selfish reasons.
That is why their carnal goodwill is unacceptable before God.
No one can love you more than God, love that wants you to abandon divine purpose is selfish and destructive, if you venture into it, it will ruin your relationship with God.
Any relationship that is based on lust has something to rob you of, for the devil’s mission is to steal, kill, and destroy, it’s the relationship that’s based on love that lasts forever.
Love that won’t rebuke is lust, you over-pamper your children and overlook their shortcomings in the name of love, you don’t love them, this kind of love is destructive.
Love helps without expecting something in return, it’s lust that helps, and it still wants the person to reciprocate its goodwill later.
God is love he manifested it on the Cross where he died for humanity, as long as you’re in human form he died for you, for every man is reminded of his image, if you don’t appreciate and reciprocate this, you’re not of his kind.
This is what differentiates the children of God from the seed of the devil, for they can’t truly love, lust is all they have, even to repay good with evil is their major.
The seed of Satan can’t love for whatever you give them, they will use it against you, that’s why they killed Jesus after he had shown them love and still martyr his disciples, love separate the real from fake, Jesus told us to love others and to pray for those who curse and persecute us, if you can’t do this, you are not of Him.
