Malachi 1:6 ( A son honoured his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is my honour? And if I be a master, where is my fear? Saith the LORD of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye say, where in have we despised thy name?
The day our first parents rejected the voice of God and listened to the voice of the serpent is the day humanity rejected the fatherhood of God.
It’s either you’re being directed by the voice of God or the voice of the serpent, Jesus called the Pharisees children of the devil because they obey and do Satan’s bidding.
Had they listened to God they would have acknowledged Jesus Christ as the messiah sent by God to them to deliver Israel from sin and the bondage of corruption.
They took after their father, the devil because its his lust they’ll do, and they are liars and murderer, this is the characteristic of the devil, he is a liar and a murderer from the beginning, there is no truth in him, even when he is lying, its out of the abundance of his mind he says, he is a deceiver and the father of lies.
You should examine your life and see who you resemble. Children of God take after their father. Lions give birth to lions, and goats give birth to goats. God gives birth to gods who reflect His holiness within and without. If you are a child of the Lion of Judah, you will take after Him.
The Jews claimed to be the children of Abraham. Still, Jesus called them liars, had they belonged to the generation of Abraham, they would have listened to Christ. Instead, they were trying to kill him, for Abraham acknowledged the saviorhood of Christ, he saw his days and was happy.
Whom do you resemble?
The children of the devil manifest the works of the flesh, and the children of God manifest the fruit of the spirit, if this fruit can not be found in you, you don’t belong to him.
An adage says, its bastard child that use left hand to point to his father’s house.
If God is truly your father you will give him the honour he deserves, when the lord says, you will honour his word and surrender yourself to “thus saith the lord”.
Not that you’ll be looking for a loophole to support your depravity.
Its serpent that is in charge of many Christians’ lives, they pretend that it’s God, when they already know who is in charge thats why they always act rebelliously to divine ordinances.
He came to our first parents and they rebelled against the commandment of God and were chased out of divine presence.
He is determined to separate you from the covenant of peace to make you serve God under his wrath, his voice is all-controlling but the word of God silences it if you listen diligently to him.
When he came to Jesus to tempt him with his lies, he used the word of God to counter him and won the battle on behalf of humanity, showing us the way of victory over Satan and his cohorts is the word of God.
Jesus Christ recognised it when satan was speaking through Peter and he silence it, whichever voice that want to distract you from the will of God is not from God, he might speak through any medium, it might be your loved ones, that is why you need discernment of spirit to stop the activities of the wicked one in your life and send them packing.
Voice that called you into ministry but told you to do it in the way of the world isn’t from God, a voice that don’t want you to pass through calvary before going into full-time is not from God, God only use a tested and trusted vessels, its you that will agree with him to use you as vessels of dishonour if you constantly disobey his word..
A man told me that God called him and he wanted to start his ministry, but I asked him if he had seen the image of the spirit who always interacts with him.
He told me that it’s a big black snake, staying inside a great light, and its voice used to sound like many waters.
I said, who does the snake represent in the Bible, ” he answered, “Satan”. He asked, Is he not God, since God says, As Moses lifted the serpent in the wilderness, so the Son of man must be lifted.
This is the verse that Satan is using to cage some people into believing him as God because they don’t study the Bible to understand what God says.
This man didn’t believe me because he had been bewitched by this ancient serpent; unfortunately, he went back to his father’s religion.
If someone who doesn’t know his background sees him looking wretched they will start blaming God or condemning the church he attended for not caring for him enough.
Whoever is your father shows his mark and signs all over you, it’s those with the eyes of discernment that will know this.
You can’t see a prince without seeing a sign of royalty in him; likewise, a child of God will have his aura of glory surrounding him.
Some ministers said God told them to be dressing in white always, with white shoe, white clothes, even their bedsheets should be white, this is not the God who created varieties that is speaking to them, it might be the marine powers of their fathers house that don’t want to release them, they want them to serve God under their control, its the colour of their clothes that shows their allegiance to them.
Its a mark of identification with the water spirit, which means your ministry doesn’t belong to God its another god that called you into his service.
A minister of God who can’t control his orgies is under the influence of the serpent, some minister has anger issues, they use the pulpit to fight against their opponents, they issues curses against their enemies in the name of prayer, when you see some ministers using their calling as a weapon, know that they are not called by God.
Surprise is waiting for them in heaven when the voice of “I knew you not” will sound to them, they will be surprised by the time they will want to justify themselves before the throne of judgment, that we preached in your street and cast out demons in your name.
But God did not acknowledge their effort, they worship in vain, they listen to the voice of the ancient serpent and lose their reward in heaven.
