Luke 6:32, 33 ( for if you love them which love you what thank have ye? For sinners also love those that love them, and if ye do good to those who do good to you, what thank have ye,? For sinners also do even the same.)
There must be a difference between the world and the children of God, how are you different from them if you’re doing what they also do?
God brought us out of slavery from the bondage of the devil to showcase us to the world as his heritage in the land of the living.
The way to be different from the world is the way of love; love doesn’t take vengeance, for vengeance belongs to God alone.
It’s one of the three things God won’t share with anyone, glory, vengeance, and tithes all these belong to God alone
If you dare share it with God, you have to turn yourself to his competitor and try to take what belongs to God and hijack his position in the affairs of man.
The Bible says to love your enemies and do good to those who hate you; then you will be the children of your Father, who is in heaven.
This is the difference between those who love God and abide in his will and those who only confess him with their mouth, but his Word doesn’t have a place in their heart.
The devil knows the nature of man; he will put one against the other for future purposes, and the hatred will continue till the other pays his offender back with his own coin.
This will be the continuation and reoccurrence of evil in a community and environment even in the family.
But the activities of Christians who walk in love put a stop when they refused to dwell in the will of their enemy.
Some fight with their helpers out of ignorance: there are people God put on your way to the top if they’re not living for God; they will definitely hijack your purpose if you offend them.
This circle of vengeance continues until Satan ruins a whole race and renders their purpose impotent until a child of God appears on the scene to stop the circulation of evil.
We are different for the love we exhibit, put a stop to demonic circles, and change natural causes to fit into divine programs for humanity.
How are we different if we only do good to those who like or respect us?
How are we different if it’s only the children of our friends we help and neglect those who despise us?
I read a story about someone’s experience of hell.
The woman said that she saw two men in hell that are wondering why they got there.
The first man said there was a man in their house who always drank and spent his money anyhow, but one of the sons of the man approached him and asked for his help concerning his school fees, but the man declined because the father failed to come to his church when he invited him.
Another man said he refused to help his neighbors who needed financial help to bury his wife because the man refused to attend his church when he was invited.
In their own eyes, they are clean, but what they don’t know is that they willingly disobeyed God’s commandments for their own selfish purpose.
They thought if they helped the man, he would still continue spending his money on the things that didn’t add value to his life.
They turned themselves to the judge and took the place of God as a Christian who was supposed to do as he was commanded in the Bible.
How was he different from the unbelievers when he only focused on helping the one who came to his church program?
The Bible says, go to the world and preach the gospel, cast out demons and heal the sick” he didn’t say to heal only the believers or cast out demons from only church members.
How do we call ourselves children of God if we don’t have his nature, bringing rain to the godly and the ungodly?
This is why
God wants us to be different from the world as we live the way Christ lives, even though he washed the feet of his betrayer, prayed for his persecutors, and healed the one who came to arrest him.
When we curse our enemies and do bad to our haters, we aren’t different from the heathens, for they do good to those who belong to their camps and help their members in the occult; they only hate their enemies and those who don’t belong to their camp.
If we belong to their circle, they will also extend the hand of love and affection to us.
The Devil is the author of hatred and confusion; if he makes you hate your enemies, he has leverage over you and uses it to accuse you before the throne of God; this indicates that you’re not different from him.
But if you love your enemy and bless those who curse you, you have to break the circle of evil chains over your head and put a stop to Satan’s manipulation of your destiny.
We must be different from the world by overcoming with love; this is what Christ did on the Cross. He was able to trample over the power of darkness and make a public show of principalities and power.
Supposed he was angry with the way he was nailed and got down from the cross (this is what Satan wanted), he wouldn’t have succeeded in bringing souls out of Satan’s captivity into the freedom of the Lord.
For he needs to go inside the pit to take over from the devil and take over the keys of death and hell. How will he get there if he refuses to surrender to the slaying power of the cross?
How will he reconcile us back to God and break the chains of those who died and were detained by the power of the grave?
How are you different from the world when you always do as them? You put on the same attire and the same makeup to appear in public in the name of religion?
Your speech in public is just like unbelievers who are yet to know God, an unclean word from your mouth, and always vengeance on those who offended you.
How are you different from the world when you sing the same song and dance the same way?
Daughters of Zion are no longer different from Jezebel; there is a strange alliance with the world and the church that needs to be separated if the children of the kingdom want to see their king in his glory.
The call of salvation is a call to be different and separated from darkness to light, from the world to the kingdom of God.
If you’re seeking to be loved by the world that crucified your savior, you have to turn to God’s enemy.
If God is going to visit the world with judgment, how will he identify you when you are operating with the same spirit?
A sinner in the marketplace will receive the same judgment as a sinner in the church even if he is found on a pulpit.
There are reasons we need to obey the Lord’s injunction because he is the one who said it, and it’s beneficial to our earthly survival and to the heavenly standard.
If we love them the way Jesus told us, it shows that we belong to our Father, who is in heaven, and it puts a stop to Satan’s activities of evil circles.
Love creates a new order of men different from the world and what it represents; love says, do to others as you want them to do to you.
The love and blessings we exhibit for the infidels will speak against their conscience and will stand against them if they fail to repent.
God says he will put a difference between those who serve Him and those who do not; this is a clear disparity between light and darkness and between the kingdom of God and the kingdom of the devil.
