In The Bride of Christ, this message reveals the true identity of the bride in Revelation 19:7. Revelation 19:7 ( let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him; for the marriage of the Lamb is come and the bride hath made herself ready)
Jesus Christ came to redeem the world back to Himself and choose those who believe, transforming them to become His bride; therefore, they are called the bride of the Lamb.
He paid their bride price with his precious blood, then went to his father’s house to prepare a place for them, where his bride would also be.
The bride is the overcomers who overcome Satan, the flesh, and the world.
Unfortunately, the bride has been misconstrued to be the church building, when Christ openly said categorically that those who worship God will not need to go to Jerusalem or to a mountain to worship the Father, but the true worshippers will therefore worship God in spirit and in truth.
This spiritual diversion is what created an avenue for Satan to penetrate the building to pollute it with demons and contaminate it with the abominable beast of the earth.
The love that is supposed to radiate from the people of God is being showered on the brick buildings, which become the altars of demons.
Instead of building the church of Christ, feeding them with daily meal of the Word from divine altar, we divert our attention in building edifice that God has put a question mark on.
I wonder how a man of God will say you should contribute money to build a house for God when the contributor himself is hungry and unable to meet the financial demands of his household.
God wants his children to scatter abroad to be the carriers of his glory whenever they find themselves, the touch light of God to the gentiles in darkness; an individual carrying the glory of God can’t be trapped inside a building of bricks.
The church is built as a meeting point for believers to share their faith and testimony, not the real habitation of God.
Most of these cathedrals have become the habitation of evil spirits and abominable places of the earth, where Satan takes control of humans’ destiny who find themselves there.
The Bible says Wherever two or three people gather together in my name, there I will be in their midst.
God is in wherever you gather as believers, either in the forest or open, or inside tunnels, or under the trees, the presence of God is in actions.
If we focus on developing our human resources, the souls of men, it won’t be far till we overcome every area with love and become a light that shines in the lives of others, which darkness won’t be able to comprehend, and in turn bring the gospel to all the nations of the earth. Christians are the carriers of the Lord’s glory, not the building.
The apostles ignite their surroundings with the light of God, for they are the lights of the world and they take over the territory and pull down the stronghold of darkness wherever they find themselves, for they are Christ’s ambassadors.
We pumped money into building the temple, which God has rejected since the Old Testament. Jesus Christ became the temple of the living God, and we become his dwelling place.
This earthly edifice, that we called the body of Christ, has turned into a shrine where the leaders have taken over to direct the affairs of individuals according to their own wills. Jesus Christ is our high priest, and he is one who received our worship.
The bride of Christ is what made up the building of the new Jerusalem, arranged in fine linen, clean and white. Their fine linen is the righteousness of the saints embedded in them in conversion.
The bride of Christ consists of all the tribes and races and tongues, they are the new Jerusalem, the city of the living God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
This new Jerusalem is the tabernacle of God, the dwelling place of God, and God himself shall be with them.
It’s those who allowed their spirits, souls, and bodies to be occupied by God on earth and consecrated to him while they live that will become his tabernacle in heaven, and God will count them as his people.
Satan devises a method for burning the corpses of people who died, seeing how it will happen at the resurrection of the dead, but the Lord shall surprise Satan by bringing the body into one by his power of resurrection.
A man once asked Isaac Newton, a born-again scientist, during a lecture, how Jesus would gather the corpses that are burnt and sprinkled all over together at the end of the ages?
The man just gathered some iron crumbles and sprinkled them inside the sand, then he took a magnet and held it on top, and all the iron was magnetized to the magnet and gathered in one spot.
The Lord is so great and powerful that he can resuscitate them with His magnetic forces that run through the earth to gather them for judgment and give a reward for those who serve him faithfully and never consider saving their life in the face of persecution.
God is seeking the bride who will represent him and carry his glory, whose second death has no power, but will reign with him on earth and dwell with him in his kingdom.
It may be because of a single soul that belongs to Christ that a church is established, he’s willing to spend whatever it takes to nurture and bring them to the maturity of his stature.
A bride of Christ shouldn’t flirt with the devil, not to talk of carrying his pregnancy, else it will disqualify him from meeting up with the demand for the marriage supper, remember that our wedding garment must not be stained by the activities of the flesh.
The Bible says, when you see an angel appear to you and give you other messages apart from the one preached by Jesus and the apostles, or if you see another Jesus telling you to do what God has forbidden, let him be accursed, for the Lord Jesus Christ won’t go against his written word.
A bride of Christ should be able to differentiate between fake and real. If you can be carried away by this little deception, be careful, because you’re already romancing with the devil, which may cost you your eternity in heaven.
Seeking endorsement of the world to perform in the task given as a bride of Christ is an error; the world would not approve the things of God, nor will they endorse what will destroy their purpose.
It will only result in compromise which will disqualify saints from partaking in the marriage supper of the lamb.
Prayer: Father Lord make me worthy to partake in the marriage supper of the Lamb, in Jesus name amen.
